Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date, for example:

Incorrect size (too big or too small)
General dissatisfaction or complaint (don’t like it/thought it was a different style)

All returns: Please keep the original packaging and do not wash or use the product. We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, or show obvious signs of use.

Return Conditions:

Products must be clean and free of hair, debris, or dirt to be accepted.
Items must be unworn and unwashed, and all original tags must be attached.
Non-returnable/non-refundable items:

Items that are discontinued or no longer available.
Items on final clearance, last chance clearance, or limited edition releases.
Items that are pre-ordered (pre-purchased) or require heavy item shipping are not eligible for return or refund.
Please pay special attention to the following:

Shaker bottles, water bottles, mystery boxes, graveyard items, limited edition items (such as graphic tees), socks, hats, kettlebells, headbands, and badges are not eligible for exchange or return.
Vests can only be exchanged for a different size.
All returned items are subject to manual inspection upon arrival at our headquarters.
Exchanged items may not meet standard exchange conditions.
If a return does not meet the above requirements, it will be rejected, and the item may be returned to you.
Refunds or store credit will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Payment Refunds and Store Credit Refunds:

Return and receive a full store credit refund, plus an additional $5 in store credit.
Customers returning items and choosing a refund to the original payment method are responsible for return shipping label costs.
It may take 7-10 business days to process returns after they arrive at our warehouse.
All returned items without original packaging may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
